EPFO has launched a Whatsapp helpline numbers for the service of its beneficiaries. This facility has been given in addition to the other means of grievance forums of EPFO like EPFigms portal,CPGRAMS,Socail media pages like facebook and twitter and a dedicated call center which is working 24×7.
This helpline number is functional in all the 138 regional offices of EPfo. Any Body can file a grievance or can take help of guidelines on any query related to the services of EPFO. Just you have to put a whatsapp message on that helpline number of the concerned regional office where your PF account is maintained. Some dedicated helpline number are there for all regional offices which is available of the home page of EPFO official website.
There is a list in Pdf format is saved on EPFO website where you have to pick the correct whatsapp number of your branch. First of all you have to know the location of your branch office because there is a different helpline number for different branch office. For example for central delhi whatsapp helpline number is 8178457507. And for South delhi it is 9717547174.

Process of finding correct regional office
1. Go to link http://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php
2. Now go to Tab services and click on Employer.
3. A new web page will open and now click on establishment search under services tab
4. Now again a new webpage will get open here enter the details required like name of the establishment means name of organisation you are working, code number of your organisation if you don’t know the code you can search by name also enter the details and captcha code and click on search
5. if more results shows than one you can also check the address mentioned on your EPf statement with the address mentioned in your screen to select the correct establishment by clicking view details
6. it will show all the details to you like establishment code establishment status and epfo office name,and address also and you can easily find the whatsapp helpline number for your establishment.
