2019 has surely been a busy year for the Facebook-owned messaging application WhatsApp. After all, the company has launched a lot of new features and updates for its customers to give a wonderful experience while using it. As per the recent report, a new feature will be added which will change the way people chat. Basically, they will enable a Swipe to Reply feature on WhatsApp, which will let people simply swipe on the message that they want to send or reply to. This feature is already available for iOS users, now Android is all set to introduce this feature as well.

Currently, this feature is not available because of ‘development reasons’, however soon they will add this on all the Android WhatsApp application. According to a report available on wabetainfo.com, this update will happen automatically, and people will be able to use this feature on their device by simply swiping right.

Of late, WhatsApp introduced another feature to the group chat mode, where it created a distinction between the group members and the admin regarding the participation in the group. This feature lets the admin decide as to who can message in their group. This gives the admin the power to make any member just an observer in the group as well.

Not long ago, WhatsApp also included a feature which gives the users the freedom to opt for the ‘Mark as Read” option. Along with that WhatsApp also introduced a mute feature where you can mute a chat from a particular person or groups.
